Firstly, our thanks for you order, we appreciate your visit to our website. If you experience any issues with a purchase or delivery from us, please contact us at : info@malekanaturals.com. Mark your email subject FAO and we will work with you to address your concerns.  

(Serum, Creams & Butters)

We are unable at this time to exchange or refund our serum, creams & butters once it has been delivered if you change your mind. This is because of health and safety reasons.

Should you have a damaged delivery or a delivery that you believe is incorrect, please contact us as above and we will address your concerns.  

Delivery FAQs

How long does it take for us to dispatch orders? 

 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day. On Saturday, we dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 10am.

How long does delivery take? 

 To mainland UK addresses and to more remote/ offshore UK locations, we deliver with Royal Mail and it may take 3-5 working days to arrive. 

If your order did not arrive on time, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

 

Can I add express delivery? 

Absolutely! We offer next working day delivery  to mainland UK; however, it does come with an extra charge of £4.99. Unfortunately, this service is not available for highlands, islands and offshore locations. 

 Please note that for orders placed on Friday, next day delivery is not guaranteed. However, we do offer Saturday delivery at an extra charge of £10.56 per parcel if ordered before 3pm on Friday for Mainland UK only.
